Student Supplies

JME Classroom Supplies for Grades K-5

2024-2025 School year

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we want to streamline the process of acquiring school supplies for your children. To save you time, ensure cost-effectiveness, and promote uniformity of school supplies, we are introducing a convenient school supply fee for ALL students.

School Supply Fee Details:

  • Amount: $45 per student (Grades K-5)
  • Deadline: You can pay starting Aug 1, 2024. All fees are due by Friday, August 31st.
  • Purpose: These funds will be used to purchase essential supplies, including pencils, notebooks, markers, glue, supply boxes, crayons, folders, and other consumable materials.
  • Benefits:
    • Timesaving: No need to hunt for specific items; we will handle the shopping.
    • Cost-Effective: Bulk purchasing ensures better prices.
    • Uniform Supplies: All students will have the same materials.

How to Pay:

Sponsoring and Donation: if your family is financially able to give, please consider donating additional funds to help purchase school supplies for families facing financial hardship.

Student Personal Items Required:

  • Backpack
  • Lunch box
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Headphones (not ear buds) - traditional headphone jack, they will be plugged into student laptops.
  • Snack donations to classrooms for when students forget snack or get hungry during the day

**NOTE: all items should be labeled with your child’s name

Financial Assistance: if paying $45 is a barrier for your family, please reach out to Margot Schroeder, Muir Counselor, at maschroeder@lwsd.org.

Thank you for your continued support!
