Muir's Literacy Night is twice as nice with cupcakes and books

Muir Literacy Night

Muir Elementary School’s annual Family Literacy night was another big success. Each year, a display made up of cupcakes that showcases the front cover of a children’s book is unveiled at the event. This year’s book cover was “The Dot” written by Peter Reynolds. In addition to the cupcake display, there was a book fair on hand and a book giveaway. Families enjoyed pizza and cupcakes while they participated in different literacy activities.
