Lake Washington School District (LWSD) students placed in the top four 30 times at the Central Sound Regional Science and Engineering Fair (CSRSEF). LWSD students won about half of the awards.

Three Lake Washington School District high schools put their students on display at the Washington State Thespian Festival March 15-16 in Ellensburg, Wash. Ten of those students received recognition at the state festival and all three competing high schools received team awards as well.
It is special enough for one of our great theater teachers to win a statewide award, but to have two is amazing! This school year, theater teachers from both Juanita High School (JHS) and Eastlake High School (EHS) were recognized by the Washington State Thespians for the work they do for our students.
March is National Athletic Training Month, a month dedicated to honoring and celebrating the valuable contributions of athletic trainers.
Lake Washington High School (LWHS) captured the inaugural Lake Washington School District girls flag football championship at Redmond High School (RHS) on Saturday, February 3.
